LIVE WELL LEAVE WELL

With care, dignity and personalised support

Leaving Well offers calm, deeply personal support for you and the people you love, from meaningful living and thoughtful planning to end-of-life care, funeral guidance and the time that follows. Everything begins with who you are, what matters to you and how you want this part of life to feel.

One familiar person beside you, bringing warmth, comfort and practical guidance as life changes.
Southern Highlands and Wollondilly

Feel known. Feel supported. Feel more at ease.

Feel known

I take time to know who you are, what matters to you and what helps you feel most comfortable, so your voice remains part of every conversation and choice.

Feel supported

You will have calm guidance, clear explanations and practical help, so the next step feels more manageable and you do not have to carry it alone.

Remain at the centre

Your personality, relationships, beliefs, privacy and way of living remain at the heart of the support you receive.

Meet Kerstin

One familiar person, caring for the whole picture.

Leaving Well is intentionally personal. When you contact the service, you are not passed between departments or allocated someone unfamiliar, you work directly with me.

I take time to understand who you are, what matters, how your family works and what would help life feel calmer, easier or more meaningful. I bring companionship, practical organisation, honest guidance and the confidence to step forward when something needs to be understood, coordinated or advocated for.

What would make life feel easier right now?

I want to keep living fully

Bucket-list experiences, companionship, meaningful gatherings, family time and help making the things that matter actually happen.

I want to put things in order

Planning, personal organisation, Swedish death cleaning, documents, belongings, privacy and clear wishes for the future.

I need someone beside me

Appointment support, advocacy, care navigation, family communication and one trusted person keeping track of the whole picture.

I want to shape how I leave

Support to understand your choices, prepare for dying, express your wishes and decide how you want to be surrounded, cared for and celebrated.

We need help after a death

Guidance through the first hours, family involvement in after-death care, mortuary continuity, funeral arrangements and meaningful farewell.

I want to shape my legacy

Biography, photography, letters, recordings, living wakes, personal history, keepsakes and control over how your life is remembered.

One Complete Service

Support that grows and changes with you

Leaving Well brings together personal support, practical organisation, advocacy, meaningful living, future planning, end-of-life care, funerals, legacy and bereavement.

You may begin with a single conversation, one particular project or support through an immediate difficulty. Or I can become your trusted point of contact, getting to know the whole picture, noticing what may be missing and personally overseeing the details as life changes.

Complete Personal Support

For individuals and families wanting a deeper level of involvement, I provide discreet, ongoing personal management across appointments, family communication, household needs, care coordination, meaningful experiences, planning, end of life and everything that follows.

This is not a rotating or impersonal service. It is the reassurance of having one familiar person who knows you, understands what matters and remains attentive to the details, helping fill the gaps, anticipate what may be needed and ensure your wishes are carried through.

You choose where we begin, how much support you want and how involved you would like me to be. I remain for as much, or as little, of the journey as you need.

What personal support should feel like

Support that feels steady, familiar and deeply personal.

I will listen carefully, help make sense of what is happening and gently ensure that what matters to you is understood.

I will notice the small things that bring comfort, help your family feel more confident and bring steadiness when everything feels unfamiliar.

Your voice, personality, relationships and wishes will remain part of every conversation.

You deserve to feel known, supported and surrounded by what matters, right to the final breath.

You are not engaging a collection of services. You are gaining one deeply committed person who knows what matters and stays.

Four pathways

Support for every part of the journey

Living Well

Live meaningfully now. Complete the bucket list, gather your people, create experiences and keep life larger than illness.

Planning Well

Put wishes, documents and belongings in order. Protect your privacy and reduce the decisions others may otherwise have to make.

Leaving Well

Feel supported through changing health, dying at home, advocacy, final wishes, after-death care and the transition into trusted funeral care.

Remembering Well

Shape your story through biography, photography, letters, living celebrations, funeral ceremony, memorials and bereavement support.

Philosophy

By bringing death back home, we remember how to live.

I believe dying is not simply a medical event. It is a profound human passage that can hold honesty, tenderness, connection and extraordinary love.

When families are gently prepared, death does not need to remain hidden behind closed doors or surrounded only by fear. People can come closer in whatever way feels right—to sit, hold a hand, share stories, play music, care for the person they love and witness the completion of their life.

This does not remove grief. But I believe it can change what surrounds grief.

A family can remember that they were present. That the person was heard. That there was time for tenderness and goodbye. That they were guided rather than left feeling helpless.

Celebration and legacy

Your life should be celebrated in the way you want to celebrate it.

Why should everyone wait until after you have died to gather, play your music, tell your stories and say how much you matter?

You may want to host a living wake, write your own history, record messages, choose your photographs, complete something important or organise the last gloriously unreasonable thing on your bucket list.

You may want an intimate farewell, an unapologetic celebration or complete privacy.

There is no single right way to leave.

There is only the way that feels honest and true to you.

Accessing Leaving Well

Leaving Well can be engaged privately, allowing support to be shaped around your individual circumstances and preferred level of involvement.

In some situations, support may also be available through an existing care arrangement, approved funding or in partnership with another provider. Eligibility varies, but I can help you explore what may be possible.

You do not need to understand the system or know exactly what support to ask for before contacting me.

You do not need to have the right words.

You may know exactly what you want—or simply know that something has changed and you need someone beside you.

Tell me what is happening.

I will listen, help you understand what may be needed and begin from there.
